The CENTURION series features IM6 blanks combined with the same high quality components featured on other rods in our line, such as Fuji guides at "Concept" spacing, high impact graphite filled nylon 6 reel seats and our totally new "Comfort Grip". Our "Comfort Grip" is a superbly designed grip which combines quality Portuguese cork and high impact, tear resistant Hypalon into what may very well be the most comfortable grip ever to grace a fishing rod. Rounding off the grip is a rubberized corkbutt which houses a removable Nylon cap for the addition of weight to the butt end, allowing fine tuning to individual balance specifications. All CENTURION rods 7' 0" and over incorporates our "Taper Lock" system, in which the rod breaks into 2 pieces at the fore grip instead of in the mid- point in the blank as found on other 2 piece rods. Therefore blank integrity and actions are not compromised.
