A radically new mandrel design allows the grip and rod blank to be wound in one continuous piece creating a structurally superior blank with an unequaled strength to weight ratio. The sensitivity of the new TRADITION is unmatched by any rod, at any price, due to the Megaphone effect created by the transitional taper between the rod blank and the grip. Improved sensitivity results due to the fact that there is no grip material between your hand and the rod to impede vibration transfer. The proprietary Multi-Modulus tip system created by AiRRUS provides even the most finicky purist with a soft and subtle presentation of either flies or a variety of other spinning lures. Reel mounting in the spinning rod configuration is accomplished using a CAXIN Sc6 reel seat and fly reel mounting is achieved by way of an up locking, gold anodized aluminum reel seat with a real rosewood insert.
