KW Nano Fusion

While others were following us with years of delay using graphite nanotubes enriched resins, once again we decided to change the rules using a technology currently applied only for military industry. Each fishing rod is coated in the area of greatest stress by a particular type of graphite called Carbon Nano Layered Buckypaper. The buckypaper is made of molecules 50.000 times thinner than a human hair and they are 500 times stronger and up to 10 times lighter than steel. Each Airrus KW Nanofusion has a layer of this material that gives it an unmatchable power, a reliability never seen before in a real competition fishing rod. A KW Nanofusion will feel quicker and better any bite. We didn’t assemble any serially produced reel seat, but we decided to expose the blank and to align as much as possible the hand to the ideal line of the micro guides, to give a never seen before precision at casting. The reel will be locked by a high resistance torsional aluminum screw. For tournament leaders only.

  • Most sensitive rod ever tested

I just can't believe the power and the sensitivity of this rod. At first I was skeptic about the handle, but after the first test I was amazed, and it's not slippery either. 4 stars because I like glossy rods!!!

  • PLEASE HURRY!

By Greg Mousis from California on Jun 11, 2012 03:45:00 am

I am begging you guys to release these rods! I also own the original series Puls-r and they are hands-down, the finest rods I have ever fished. I had 2 of them (as well as 3 ultra XLs and 2 comatrix 457s) until today. I just got home from a local tournament and 3 hours into the day...one of my beloved Puls-rs went overboard with a Chronarch 100D7 attached to it!! I almost cried!!! So now I am down to 1 and I have been trying to find one for sale on line, but can't!! I really hope you guys start shipping these out soon and I hope one these rods will have the same action as the 6'6" med rod I have now (80% backbone with 20% tip) which is simply incredible. I would also like to see them without the red finish. I think they would look amazing in the graphite finish. Please

The red section of the rod is innovative but it'll add weight to the blank, isn't it supposed to be light n sensitive? I also think that the blank will look more stunning with the graphite effect rather than any colours or coating.
